Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

United Kingdom

Standard delivery: 3–5 business days — free on orders over £50, otherwise £4.99. Express delivery: £6.99.

European Union

Standard delivery: 5–10 business days — £8.99 (free on orders over £100). Express delivery: 3–5 business days — £14.99.

United States & Canada

Standard delivery: 7–14 business days — £9.99 (free on orders over £140). Express delivery: 3–5 business days — £18.99.

Australia

Standard delivery: 10–16 business days — £11.99 (free on orders over £150). Express delivery: 5–7 business days — £22.99.

Rest of World

Standard delivery: 10–21 business days — £19.99 (free on orders over £175). Express delivery: £34.99.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. FORGE90 has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak periods. FORGE90 is not responsible for delays outside our control once an order has been dispatched.
